Privacy Policy
Effective June 3, 2026
This policy explains, in plain language, what The Hudson North Group, LLC collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the site collects very little.
Who we are
This site is operated by The Hudson North Group, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Hudson North. You can reach us at arielle@hudsonnorthgroup.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, business name, and the project details you share. There is no account creation on this site, and we do not collect or process any payment information here.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to conduct our business with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
A few trusted providers help us run this site. Formspree, Inc. processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us. Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs as part of delivering the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate, cookieless usage data with no personal identifiers, so we can understand which pages are useful without tracking individuals.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies. We use your browser's session storage only to manage the page-transition animation, and it contains no personal information.
Do Not Track
California law asks us to disclose how we respond to Do Not Track signals. This site does not track users across third-party websites, and we treat every visitor the same regardless of whether a Do Not Track signal is present.
Your California rights
If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of the information you have submitted to us. To make a request, email arielle@hudsonnorthgroup.com and we will respond as required by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
Draft, pending review by a California-licensed attorney.
